Penny Kalish founded Home Care Resources eleven years ago with the desire and commitment to provide customized, quality, non-medical care to seniors wherever they call home. Today she continues as the heart and soul of the company, serving as our day-to-day, hands-on manager. Penny and her team are here to lend a hand and to improve the quality of life for our clients and their family members. She understands the desire for seniors to remain in the privacy and safety of their own environment; therefore we customize our services to fit your lifestyle and needs. Penny is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Patti Kelly - MSW
Patti Kelly serves as Home Care Resources' Community Liaison and Evaluation/Sign-On Coordinator. She brings her exceptional skills and years of selfless service to our seniors by providing exemplary excellence in assessing the services needed by our clients. This ensures quality care to not only our clients, but also their family members, professional staff and the community.
Patti is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Matthew Sepulveda - MHSA
Mathew serves as Home Care Resources Community Liaison. His extensive experience working with both homecare and hospice since 1994 gives him exceptional insight to the needs of those whom we serve. He also completed his Masters of Science degree in Health Services Administration in 1999 to keep abreast of the dynamic healthcare environment and how these changes impact the senior population.
Matthew experience and commitment to excellence will insure that every client served will be treated as if they were a member of his own family.
Matthew is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Joyce Guyett - Office Coordinator
Joyce serves as office coordinator for Home Care Resources and personal assistant to the CEO and President. She brings years of Business Administrative and Supervisory experience along with non-profit fund raising and volunteer work. Supporting the office staff daily and working on special projects making sure the everyday tasks and inter office procedures run smoothly with a smile. Joyce's commitment to excellence helps to ensure that the quality and commitment here at Home Care Resources is her top priority.
Joyce is available from 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

Carol Sieg - Certified Public Accountant
Carol Sieg is our team's C.P.A. and is responsible for all our bookkeeping, payroll and billing processes. She brings years of training and financial experience to our company. We all value her attention to detail and relentless perfectionism. Carol is available three days a week to answer any of our clients' billing questions.
Catherine "Cat" Autrey - Staffing Care Manager
Catherine "Cat" Autrey serves Home Care Resources as our Staffing Coordinator. Cat's gentle personality and years of care giving/case management experience allow her to provide valuable insight into our clients' needs. This insight and natural instinct ensures the most appropriate match of caregiver skills and personality to meet each of our client's individual needs and preferences.
Cat is on call after hours and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Rose Int'Hout - Human Resources Manager
Rose Int'Hout is the Human Resources Manager for Home Care Resources. Her position provides peace of mind to our clients and their families, because Rose ensures all our caregivers are fully vetted with thorough certification checks, background investigations, reference calls and our extensive interviewing process. If a candidate meets with Rose's approval, we know our astringent company policies are in place and our clients will be well and lovingly served.
Rose is available Monday through Friday.

Adrianna Belloc - Senior Staffing Care Manager
Adrianna Belloc is the Senior Staffing Care Manager for Home Care Resources; she handles the day-to-day logistics of our complex business. A position whose diverse responsibilities include detailed care management of staffing policy and procedures and caregiver assignment. She provides her expertise in senior care to ensure compatibility and excellence of services to our clients. Her attention to detail, dedication to serving seniors and her loving attitude make her perfect for this position.
Adrianna is on call after hours and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Teresa Barnett - Staffing Care Manager
Teresa Barnett serves Home Care Resources as our assistant staffer. She began her Home Care experience with a degree as a Certified Nurses Assistant in 1985. She served her clients lovingly, with compassion and skill for many years. She began her staffing career in 2004 coupled with friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner she serves our clients and caregivers supremely well. Her dedication to our companies' policies and procedures shared with a touch of humor and a firm hand assures a high level compatibility and service.
